We are individuals aware of the environment where we
live and want to make these environments composed of
rural or city neighborhoods and communities a
civilized place to live so that children, adults,
individuals with disability and the elderly can enjoy
their lives responsibly.
We believe that “Freedom and Liberty” is not without
accountability and responsibility towards making this
world and our neighborhoods a better place for all. We
also believe that everyone must be aware that there
are consequences for every action taken.
The first reason I choose to work on this issue is
that our lives and community are being invaded by
noise from many different types of sources. The
outermost being the industrial, transportation,
industry, government and irresponsible individuals
from all walks of life.
The second reason, is because we realized that this is
a difficult issue and because that many individuals
have personal problems in this area expressing
themselves, such as:
-
Lack of knowledge on the issue of noise, human
life, living and Citizens rights.
-
Misconceptions about noise, human life and living.
-
Our many difficulties in exposing individuals that
use noise for mischievous purposes.
-
The human behavior issue associated with noise as
lack of education, defiance and retaliation.
-
The physical health issues that rises associated
with noise pollution on land, air and airspace.
-
The Civil interaction between Citizens, Government,
and their desire to create better communities.
-
The Judiciary and the Laws that deal with noise
issues.
-
The lack of enforcement from Public, Business and
Government authorities obstructing the consequences
and subsequently promoting a “social defiance like
behavior,” for violators.
-
Denial of Action response subsequently creating a
stage of delay in time, therefore prolonging pain and
suffering on those that are being acoustic harassed.
The third reason is that in my life, I have always
been involved in public education related to many
issues in our community. I am an artist; I came from a
family of artists. Back then, I was working as an
artist for an advertising agency and after finishing
administration and marketing, on the college level, I
decided to expand my knowledge. My options was to go
to university of communications. Since at that time,
there was not anything available in my area that would
match my graphic designer skills or knowledge, I
decided to get involved in electronic arts. After that
I became a multimedia director, producing projects
related to web development, film and DVDs. This is
what I am doing today. In public education, my areas
of interest are many, but to mentioning a few:
- Philosophy, Ethics and Theology.
- Medical Sciences, Physiology, Psychology, Human
Behavior.
- Social Sciences.
- Law
- Social and Industrial acoustics
- Multimedia Arts and Computer Sciences
- Public Safety, Public Personal Security.
- Environmental Ecological Issues.
- Economic Sciences
After the industrial revolution in England, all our
lives became dominated by ideals of “liberty, freedom
and independence” associated with our participation in
this industrial and commercial world. This
participation is as servants, traders and consumers,
or a combination of these. We are all inventing,
producing and selling products, services and
information and making profits. These are primary
economic goals. These are the elements driving our
society today. Most people I have known are driven by
rewards of monetary gains. While I think that there is
no problem with that, on the other hand, I think that
being lured by monetary gains to the point of loosing
their sight of human life value, public safety,
environmental issues, love and respect for others, it
is a very dangerous proposition. That is where I draw
the line and that is why I am here doing what I am
doing in benefit of humanity. Chaos and confusion are
the main elements in which many these groups create to
profit from it and to impose hardship in our
societies.
These sadists and masochists groups impose sometimes a“visible” and an “invisible” and unnecessary burden in
our entire world. They must be exposed, stopped and consequences must be
assessed to them. Without assessing consequences there will not be a
lesson learned.
Then it is most likely issues like this will grow to
be an event of evasion of responsibility and evasion
of responsibility is CHAOS. We must identify who is promoting “chaos” and those
that are promoting “balance.” Those that are promoting
chaos must loose their power and position in society.
As soon as we do that, the better we are going to be.
